Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms
Rates based on double occupancy.
Extra guests $10 each.
Maximum 5 people.
5 night minimum.
14 night minimum during Holiday Season.
Exceptions made for availability between bookings - Call (760) 519-8203 or email to inquire.
$250 refundable security deposit.
Add one time $100 cleaning fee & 11.42% HI tax.
10% discount for 30 nights or longer during Value Season.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.

"We really enjoyed our stay at J201 at the Papakea! The location was ideal, a stroll to the white Kaanapali beaches, this property is an ideal mix of resort and condo. With an ABC convenience store and the Star Mart 24 hour full service grocery store both a block away you never need go far for supplies.Spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the grounds and ocean, it is paradise on earth.
