The condo has been remodeled, including new hardwood floors, newer carpet, new paint, maple kitchen cabinets, new bathroom tile, new counter tops, furnishings and new 43" flat screen TV. Large 500 square foot studio that comfortably sleeps four. It has a new comfortable and firm king bed, queen sofa sleeper. Dinette seating for four, and everything you need to enjoy your vacation in paradise. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The beach is just steps away and you are also within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, & nightlife. The complex has a large pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, gas BBQs, and picnic area. Ample free parking just outside the condo.

"We had a very memorable visit here. The condo was located in a great place,decorated very cute,clean, stocked with everything we needed and it was quiet and peaceful which made for a wonderful anniversary stay. The laundry room was close which was a plus. We loved the birds! Coffee on the lanai with the birds singing away was wonderful. Grant was very helpful in giving us suggestions for things to do.
