$250.00 refundable security deposit.
Add one time $125.00 cleaning fee & 13.42% HI tax.
10% discount for stays of 30 nights or longer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50.00 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100.00 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No deposit or rental charge refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100.00 processing fee.

"My friend, my mom and I stayed this condo for 4 days on July.The condo was nice and feel comfortable for the 5 of us.good location, nice view - facing beach. The kitchen was fully equipped, as well as the bedrooms, towels & linens, beach items.It is also closed to the best beach in maui - 10 minutes to drive. 5 minutes walked to the resturant- Sushi and Kear restruant -- food very tasty We all enjoy this condo. "
