Rates based on double occupancy.
Extra guests $10 each.
10 night minimum during Holiday Season.

$250 refundable security deposit.
Add one time $105 cleaning fee & 13.42% Hawaii tax.
$15.00 one time parking/resort fee at check in.
10% discount for 30 nights or longer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.

"Our stay in Maui was wonderful. The condo is conveniently located and within short driving distance of groceries, drug stores, and entertainment. The unit was clean, pleasant and well-furnished.
