Extra guests $10 each.
Maximum 8 people.
10 night minimum during Holiday Season.
Exceptions made for last minute bookings & availability between reservations. Call (760) 519-8203 or email to inquire.
$250 refundable security deposit.
Add one time $110 cleaning fee & 13.42% HI tax.
10% discount for stays of 30 nights or longer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.

"It was wonderful. We LOVED the condo and the location was absolutely perfect. Marty was friendly and very nice and we have never before stayed in a condo which was very well stocked with the recreational and comfort items.....the cooking utensils were fantastic as we love gourmet cooking...the view from the lanai was beautiful and it held everything we needed for our diverse family from the very young to us old geezers. One of our best stays yet, in Hawaii and we will definitely be contacting you again when we come back! And for our own "little contribution" to a delightful home away from home, we left a CD for folks to use on the "Road to Hana." Again, thanks! It was terrific!
