Extra guests $10 each.
Maximum 8 people.
10 night minimum during Holiday Season.
Exceptions made for last minute bookings & availability between reservations. Call (760) 519-8203 or email to inquire.
$250 refundable security deposit.
Add one time $110 cleaning fee & 13.42% HI tax.
10% discount for stays of 30 nights or longer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.

"Thanks Grant for all your help. My wife and I, along with a teenage daughter, stayed there for 10 days in June '09 and although I am very late in writing this comment we did have the best time ever staying at the Maui Banyon! I felt so relaxed during our stay that I didn't want to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Maui and really enjoyed the condo. The location at S. Kihei is fantastic, and during our stay in Maui your wonderful condo gave us a great opportunity to feel more like a local resident rather than a tourist. I noticed in the condo a lot of "extras" for beach use, such as boogie boards, buckets and shovels, etc. And, although we didn't take advantage of them I can see where a young family with children would have a great time with them. The beach, shops and restaurants were very handy for us. We hope to stay in your condo again in the future, and would not hestitate to recommend it to anyone who asks.
