Rates based on double occupancy.
Extra guests $10 each.
Maximum 5 guests.
7 night minimum during Holiday Season.
Exceptions made for last minute bookings & availability between reservations. Call 760 519 8203 or email to inquire.
$250 refundable security deposit.
Add one time $95 cleaning fee & 13.42% Hawaii tax.
10% discount for 30 nights or longer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.

"We enjoyed the stay at your condo, which was very nice. Very good for a family like us. Due to the storm, we coudn't use the swimmingpool and the beach was closed. However, we appreciate the bbq. just outside of the condo. Also thank you to the Miss in the office which provided us with good informations for make our stay in Maui confortable. Have a good time.
