Relax on your private lanai and enjoy the song birds, coconut palms, tropical flowers, and plumeria trees. The large pool area is ideal for cooling off, playing with the kids, or just soaking up some rays. Shuffleboard, gas BBQs & picnic tables are provided for your enjoyment.

Air conditioned, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, fully furnished 723 sq. ft. condo with a private covered lanai. Designer ceiling fans are located in the living room and bedroom for your comfort. The bedroom has a King bed that is comfortable and firm. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and additional tri-fold futon cushion for children. The condo comfortably sleeps 4-5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything.
2 cable TVs, DVD, & CD player are located in the living room and bedroom. Wireless high speed internet access is also provided. All linens and towels are included. Laundry facility is located adjacent to the pool. Cooler and beach towels are also included for your enjoyment. Parking is free.

"Thanks Grant and Lisa! Kihei Kai Nani #254 was a great location, close to nice beaches and great places to eat out and do fun activities. The condo was clean and quiet, with no other noises except the birds, which we loved. We cooked two meals per day, and the kitchen was well-stocked for what we needed. The bonus was the closet full of beach accessories including snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, portable cooler, and a beach umbrella. More than I expected. Aloha, jr"
