Extra guests $10 each.
Maximum 6 people.
10 night minimum during Holiday Season.

$250 refundable security deposit.
Add one time $110 cleaning fee & 13.42% Hawaii tax.
10% discount for 30 nights or longer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.

"The Condo was perfect. The view is fantastic. A great beach only about 50 feet away, you could not ask for much more. Watching the sunset from in front of the condo is probably the best location in Maui to view it from. All the shopping you need is right across the street.
