10 night minimum during Holiday Season.

$250 refundable security deposit.
Add one time $125 cleaning fee & 13.42% Hawaii tax.
10% discount for 30 nights or longer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.

"Wow do I miss drinking my coffee on the lanai looking out towards the ocean and listening to the surf. Amazing views, just like the site shows. Condo could be updated but was very clean and met expectations. No need for A/C while there in April, the windows and ceiling fans kept us quite comfortable. Thanks so much for helping make this vacation so wonderful for my family of four."
