Remodeled, Air conditioned, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, fully furnished 725 sq. ft. condo with a private covered lanai. Designer ceiling fans are located in the living room and bedroom. The bedroom has a new king bed that is comfortable and firm. The living room and dinette have all new furniture in including a queen sofa sleeper, large new 42" flat screen TV, DVD & a children's tri-fold futon in the closet. There is a second TV in the bedroom. The condo comfortably sleeps 4 - 5 people. All linens and towels are included. The kitchen is fully equipped. Free wireless high speed internet access is also provided for your convenience. Parking is convenient and free.
